i want is to recreate my old site with same ftp settings so that all my client services will update automatically and then i can migrate to the new CPanel.
i hope that was clear… Help

Sry once migrated to new panel you can’t get back to old panel.

What address did you have?
What is your new site on premium called did you get a free domain like webconf.net?
webconf.net16.net will not be able to be used anymore; it looks expired/suspended from searching sorry.
the problem with the new Cpanel they changed the way i was connecting to FTP.
yes the site is deleted for the reason mentioned in the original post.
If you make a new account at 000webhost.com and then setup the account, then hit set web address and try settings webconf.net16.net as your subdomain to see if it allows it?
my solution is to allow me to have an FTP login settings like the old cpanel (temporarily). i upgraded my account thinking this would be possible.

No way we can get the old FTP setup back to the way it was sorry.
