If you visit your registrar where you purchased your domain and point your nameservers to ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com you’ll get your site online much faster.

As it stands now your site isn’t pointing to 000webhost nor is a CNAME record.

I see you mention 20 characters? Do you mean your registrar have a limit of 20 characters on a CNAME?
If so you’ll need to point it instead.
